Founded in 1985 by Mr. Varughese Mathew, V TECH began as a fabrication and manufacturing company driven by a clear vision and strong customer commitment. Over the decades, we’ve grown into a trusted name across the UAE and GCC, expanding into structural steelwork, equipment fabrication, and specialized products like platforms, bollards, marine accessories, and substation components.

Founder

With over 40 years’ work experience in various industries and having gained immense knowledge in the field of Business Management through his past pursuits in Steel Fabrication in India and U.A.E, our founder and inspiration Mr. Varughese Mathew was the key pioneer in establishing and instilling our name in the industry. His vision and immense dedication towards engineering excellence has led towards the upliftment of the company and left a lasting impression on all of his team members and peers.

Mr. ANISH THOMAS MATHEW
Managing Director

Mr. Anish holds a Master’s degree in International Business from Queensland University, Sydney NSW – Australia and has been heading our entire division of Steel Fabrication, Fiber Planters and Soil Manufacturing & Agriculture for the past 20 years. He oversees the company’s growth and ensures work efficiency

Mrs. RACHEL MATHEW
Business Consultant

Being the seniormost member of our team and with an experience of 35 years in the field of business management, Mrs. Rachel serves as the key advisor in managing and monitoring the profits and progress of our various branches.

Our Milestones

1985

Our journey began in the year 1985, when our Chairman Mr. Varughese Mathew had a vision to create an establishment solely dedicated to the field of fabrication and manufacturing. Through immense hard work and dedication to customer needs, the company was awarded various high end development projects across U.A.E and several GCC countries.

2004

In the year 2004, we expanded creating our second factory – mainly focusing on structural steel and equipment fabrication. Throughout the years, V Tech has had the privilege to work under prestigious firms in the manufacturing and supply of several products like Platforms, Bollards, Ladders, Marine accessories like Gangways, Government works like Substations to name a few.

2008

2008 was another year of expansion, when we opened our 3rd facility in Dubai. In the years that followed we explored various new fields like Weighbridges, Transformer cable boxes, several Export orders, supply to Dubai Metro and Ain Dubai.

2024

Yet another facility was set in motion in the year 2024 exclusively developed for the fabrication of Customizable weighbridges consisting 02 separate and different sized jigs. Our team works day and night to ensure the best quality and standards are maintained up to the mark.
